A Small Business Built to Give Back

McClurg Tax Solutions was built to support Ben’s family, serve clients with care, and create more opportunities to give back to the community he calls home. For Ben, running a successful business is about more than preparing accurate tax returns. It is about building meaningful relationships, sharing his time and talents, and helping people and organizations move forward. Serving clients well is just one of the ways McClurg Tax Solutions serves the community.

Ben’s Philosophy of Service

“I believe the greatest strength of any community is its people their ideas, talents, relationships, and willingness to come together to make a difference. That belief is at the heart of why service and volunteerism matter so much to me. By investing in people, helping others discover their potential, and working together toward something bigger than ourselves, we can create an impact that lasts. Titles and accomplishments eventually pass, but the difference we make in the lives of others can continue for generations. To me, that is why service to humanity truly is the best work of life.”
— Ben McClurg, Founder

Adel Chamber

As a proud resident of Adel, Iowa, Ben proudly supports the Adel Chamber through volunteerism and support. Ben previously served five years on the Adel Trail Committee, focusing on increasing outdoor recreational opportunities and enhancing the public health and cultural enrichment of the community. During his time on the committee, Ben was heavily involved in the fundraising to light the bridge coming into town from Waukee and revitalize the nearby trailhead. The project included updated benches, new plants and trees, as well as other improvements.
